How can I pay for Quantower's license?
Quantower licenses are available for purchase directly on our Pricing page.
You can choose from a range of payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, wallets, UPI, and bank transfers, all supported by our reliable Payment Gateway partner, RazorPay. Select the option that suits you best for a seamless and secure transaction process.
Can I get a discount on the license?
We provide an automatic discount for purchases of several months. The longer term the license you purchase, the more you save on monthly payments. With the Diwali offer, a yearly license saves up to 45% and a quarterly license up to 30%, depending on the plan. From time to time, we also provide special offers which will be notified on our website or through our social media channels.
Why should I buy a full All-in-One license?
When you purchase a full All-in-One license, you get access to all available connections and features, that are not available in other packages. In addition, if you purchase the license for a longer period, you will receive all updates, new connections and new features absolutely free.
Why should I buy a package instead of each extension separately?
Buying an extensions set via the Package you will receive an additional discount on group buy as well as all the required functionality set for the best trading experience.
Will my private data be safely secured?
Yes, sure. We put the user data security on the highest level and don't ask you to provide more than required personal information. We totally support the GDPR privacy policies.
How can I control my purchases?
You will be required to register a Quantower ID that will be used to assign the purchases to. This ID can be controlled in the secure area — Quantower user page — available after registration.
When will I get an access to the purchased extensions in Quantower?
Once you've finished the purchase process the new features should become available instantly*. You just need to be authorised in Quantower app under your Quantower ID, that was used in purchase process.
*Please note! In some cases, the purchased license can be assigned during 24 hours after the payment. You can contact our Support for details.
Will my purchases be prolonged automatically?
No. Currently, we believe that you should control What and When you should buy. From our side we will do all our best to inform you about the finishing period of any extensions, bought by you.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 7-day free trial, including holidays. Download the software and connect through our supported brokers to explore its features. Refunds are available only for the first order and must be requested within 3 calendar days of payment. Before subscribing, please review the feature matrix to ensure it meets your needs.

What are "Third-party extensions"?
We propose the best functional extensions for Quantower made by side developers. We check them for safety before including in Quantower versions. Feedback & support for such extensions still left behind their providers.
